I’ve experimented a bit with real-time communication technology. With this service, it would be conceivable to realize your own real-time support services.
After the basic functionality is now implemented we are close to a firstrelease of a beta version.

I think this is too raw in development. So far the messages are not permanent. There is not enough time implement all this features.
Basically it a webservice running in a Google AppEngine environment. The most missing feature is that you cannot see who is online on a broadcast.
Any experience in Python?
I’ve often thought about to release the code as open source.
